特に、蘇民将来の故事に由来する木札は、疫病除けの力があると伝えられています。

伊勢しめ縄は、青々とした稲わらを使い、職人が一本一本丁寧に編み上げてその特徴的な太い縄は伝統的な製法に則って作られます。

【Ise Shimenawa】A Year-Round Lucky Charm

This is dodo tokyo's original "lucky charm" decoration, the Ise Shimenawa. Ise Shimenawa is deeply connected to the Shinto culture represented by Ise Grand Shrine and has been cherished as a symbol of protection from evil, warding off bad luck, and ensuring family safety since ancient times. In particular, the wooden tag derived from the story of Somin Shorai is said to have the power to prevent epidemics. This Ise Shimenawa is crafted with great care, hoping it will bring happiness to everyone.

Ise Shimenawa is made by skilled craftsmen who carefully weave vibrant green rice straw, stalk by stalk. Its distinctive thick rope and auspicious decorations such as rice, wheat, and millet follow traditional methods. It is a special decoration that wishes for powerful protection and good luck.

This is a new style of lucky charm that can be displayed all year round, not only for celebrations such as new business openings, relocations, and inaugurations, but also for New Year's celebrations, exam success prayers, safe childbirth prayers, and family safety. It is also an ideal gift.

Each floral decoration is carefully handcrafted with attention to detail.
