TAKARABUNE, a treasure ship is a mythical ship piloted
by the Seven Lucky Gods in JAPAN
Our TAKARABUNE is handmade by skilled shimenawa craftsman with special straw
that is grown to weave shimenawa, the sacred rope.
We take order to create one and only TAKARABUNE for special occasions such as
grand opening of business, promotion, moving to a new house/office, home safety,
wishing a safe delivery for a new baby and many more.
Each TAKARABUNE will carefully be decorated by your order and the mast could be personalized with company logos or family name or any design you wish.

宝船本体はコシヒカリで有名な六日町や十日町で収穫したワラを使った「100パーセント新潟県産」のしめ縄から作られています
こちらのしめ縄のこだわりポイントは農家さん米作りとは別に、しめ縄作りのために田植えをし、稲を刈ってしめ縄生産のためのワラを栽培していること
「みとらず」という品種で水が冷たい山間部で取れるお米ですが、ワラが青々しく柔らかく、より引き締まったしめ縄をお作りすることができ、見た目も青々しく美しい印象です
水の取り入れ口周辺に植えたことから、「水口稲」とも呼ばれ、水の綺麗な新潟ならではの日本一拘りを持ったしめ縄でございます

The main body of TAKARAFUNE is made from shimenawa straw from Niigata prefecture. Shimenawa is sacred rope often seen in Shinto shirnes.
The straw is grown and harvested 100% in Rokunemachi and Toukamachi where it is famous for Koshihikari rice.
What makes the shimenawa very special is that to make this shimenawa the rice farmers separately grow rice to harvest straw just to weave shimenawa.
The completed straw called ”mitorazu."
"Mitorazu”is harvested from cold mountainous regions, where the straw is lush green, and soft. This type of rice produces shimenawa that are tighter and more beautiful visually appealing.
Due to being planted around water intake areas, it's also called "Mizuguchi Ine" (water intake rice),
reflecting Niigata's commitment to producing shimenawa with the clean water and unique to the region and pride.

*As this is a fully custom-made service, during busy periods such as the end of the year or the fiscal year-end, it may take more than a month from placing the order to shipment. We appreciate your understanding.

Since this is a fully custom-made service, we cannot accept any changes to the order details after the design is finalized.

【Derivering 】
The items will be carefully packaged with protective materials and delivered in a dedicated delivery box on the desired date.
Please note that no wrapping will be done to maintain the breathability of the straw.
